Requirements
- Expert proficiency with Pixhawk and Cube Orange flight controllers including integration, setup, configuration, troubleshooting and parameter tuning
- Proven experience in aviation maintenance, electronics, robotics or related field with understanding of UAS architectures and flight dynamics
- Hands-on skills in electronics, soldering, battery management and integration of complex components
- Strong troubleshooting under pressure with clear communication in multidisciplinary engineering and flight teams
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to support field integration
