Hands-on systems leader who thrives owning complex hardware from concept to field operations. You love cross-disciplinary tradeoffs, fast hardware iteration, and getting underwater robots deployed.

Requirements

• BS or MS in systems, mechanical, electrical, robotics or related field
• 7+ years in systems engineering or technical leadership on complex electromechanical products
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through design, integration and test
• Background in robotics, autonomous systems or maritime/undersea platforms
• Strong understanding of system-level trades across mechanical, electrical, software and communications
• Experience with requirements development, interface management and V&V
• Comfort in fast-paced iterative hardware development and field testing
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally for tests and demos
