Requirements

• 6+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or Strategy Consulting
• Experience with F500 technology companies, SaaS or digital-first businesses at exec level
• Led organization-wide change or adoption programs requiring C-suite sponsorship
• Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts, API integrations and software implementation patterns
• Proven track record managing enterprise account portfolio driving measurable outcomes
• Cross-functional collaborator who rallies teams around customer needs
• Passion for AI and responsible development; built with Claude Code
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
