Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or high-volume scheduling, ideally supporting multiple APAC markets
• Experience coordinating across time zones and markets with understanding of local business norms across APAC
• Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system (e.g., Greenhouse) and scheduling tool (e.g., ModernLoop, GoodTime)
• Excellent written communication with a knack for friendly, informative emails
• Comfort creating structure where there isn't one yet and judgment to know when to escalate
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and judgment on when to trust vs override output
• Fluency in English (native or business-level); additional APAC languages such as Japanese, Korean or Mandarin a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
• Genuine interest in Anthropic's mission and commitment to AI safety
