Requirements

• Experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager
• Native-level Korean fluency and business-level English
• Experience with enterprise customers and complex buying cycles involving multiple stakeholders
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders including C-suite and engineering teams
• Strong technical communication skills translating between business and technical stakeholders
• 5+ years of relevant experience (preferred)
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and enterprise integrations (preferred)
• Comfortable with Python (preferred)
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks and tools or background in ML/data science (preferred)
