Requirements

• 10+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager
• Experience working with enterprise customers in India or APAC navigating complex buying cycles
• Ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts to C-suite and engineering teams
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems
• Comfortable with Python
• Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools or background in ML or data science
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones as part of a global team
