Requirements

• 4+ years as Customer Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Cybersecurity Engineer with governments or public sector
• Experience shipping software in imperfect conditions with infrastructure constraints
• Designed novel solutions for technical platforms in a developing mission area
• Comfort working directly with partner technical teams on civic-stakes deployments
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
• Understanding of and experience with LLM fundamentals
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and flex across domains to find simple solutions
• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders including senior government officials
• Passion for safe, beneficial AI that advances public interests
