A fluent German-speaking engineer-advisor who thrives connecting technical depth with boardroom value, comfortable guiding C-levels and engineering teams through complex enterprise AI adoption to make AI safe and beneficial.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German, written and spoken
• 6+ years as Software Engineer, Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, or technical founder
• Experience in pre-sales or technical advisory role selling into large enterprises, ideally German market
• Experience with value-based selling, building business case and quantifying impact
• Comfort presenting to and building relationships with C-level and VP-level stakeholders
• Experience owning technical win: evaluations, proofs of concept and technical due diligence
• Production experience with LLM-powered applications including prompting, agents and evaluation
• Hands-on engineering background building and deploying production applications
• Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance and architecture requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
