Requirements

• 4+ years in technical roles such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Product Engineer, Software Engineer, or Technical Product Manager
• Production experience with LLMs including prompt engineering, agents, evaluations and deployment at scale
• Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript building production applications
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and find simple solutions to complex problems
• High cooperation mindset for cross-organizational collaboration
• Passion for advancing safe, beneficial AI systems
• Exceptional communication skills with low ego and collaborative approach
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
