Requirements

• Deep expertise and hands-on R&D or industry experience in engineering or applied science

• Track record taking work from concept to working product, process, device, or tool
• Hands-on proficiency with computational design, analysis, or simulation tools
• Basic programming proficiency, for example in Python
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and collaborate across teams while explaining your field clearly
