Requirements

• 8+ years designing and implementing AV systems in enterprise environment
• Proficient in control system programming with Q-Sys ecosystem or similar
• Hands-on experience with video conferencing platforms, particularly Google Meet
• Ability to read and create AV schematics, line diagrams and rack elevations
• Understanding of DSP concepts including AEC, noise reduction, EQ and automixing
• Familiarity with enterprise video distribution, streaming and broadcast standards
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under aggressive timelines
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex integrated systems
