Requirements
- 10+ years across AV, collaboration, or IT systems engineering, including 4+ years shipping production code
- Fluent in Python, Lua, Go, TypeScript or similar, plus shell scripting
- Strong Git, code review, automated testing, CI/CD and observability practices
- Knowledge of DSP and control, conferencing platforms, room devices, signal flow and AV-over-IP
- Experience building integrations with REST APIs, webhooks and platform APIs
