Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in AV operations, workplace technology, or technical event support
• Owned a standing estate with accountability for how spaces performed over time
• Working fluency across room systems, event audio, video, camera and streaming
• Comfortable as the only AV person in the building prioritizing independently
• Bring structure to ambiguity with checklists, processes and documentation
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
