Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in AV operations, live event production, or technical event support
• Owned the technical side of live productions end-to-end
• Working fluency across event audio, video, camera, and streaming systems with diagnostic depth
• Energized by being the front-facing technical partner to executives and event producers
• Brings structure to ambiguity by building systems for repeatable events
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
