Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in G&A or GTM hiring
• Track record of closing strong candidates in competitive markets
• Familiarity with EMEA talent landscape across multiple countries
• Strong stakeholder management and partnership with hiring managers
• Excellent organization with ability to manage multiple searches
• Clear, direct communication style with bias toward action
• Comfort operating with ambiguity in fast-moving environment
• Genuine interest in Anthropic's mission
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
