Requirements

• 8+ years in data center operations or hardware deployment with accountability for delivery milestones
• Proven track record leading large-scale compute or network hardware deployments across sites from floor access to ready-for-service
• Managed vendors, OEMs or contract workforces to measurable outcomes
• Hands-on depth in server, network and rack-level hardware to verify deployment quality
• Built or substantially improved operational processes
• Comfortable using schedule, ticket and telemetry data to drive decisions
• Able to travel 50%+ and work on site for extended stretches
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
