Requirements

• Deep partner ecosystem knowledge including cloud co-sell, marketplace and joint delivery
• Direct experience with AWS, Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure as insider or ISV partner
• Proven track record building scalable enablement programs, certification and learning paths
• Experience enabling internal field teams on working with and through partners
• Strong GTM and enterprise sales understanding to build content sellers use
• Excellent program management running concurrent workstreams on fast cadence
• Strong executive presence influencing stakeholders without authority
• Exceptional communication translating technical concepts for mixed audiences
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and building durable systems
