Requirements
- JD and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar (California preferred)
- At least 3-5 years of legal experience with commercial contracts, SaaS agreements or technology transactions

- Curiosity about AI technology, AI Policy and commitment to responsible AI development
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder agreements with technical and policy considerations
- Comfort in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Doer attitude willing to roll up sleeves and pitch in where needed
