Requirements

• JD and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• Hands-on experience buying hardware and firmware, components, and software in high-volume environments
• Deep experience leading complex technology, data licensing, joint development, or supply deals
• Working knowledge of international supply chains and sourcing risks in contracts
• Working knowledge of trade compliance for hardware including export controls and sanctions
