Requirements

• Experience in community affairs, public affairs, economic development, government relations, or local government
• Direct experience engaging local governments on large infrastructure, construction, energy, or technology projects
• Skilled relationship and coalition builder who maintains trust through difficult conversations
• Able to represent company credibly in town halls, hearings, and press interviews
• Strong written and verbal communication, translating complex plans into plain language
• Able to work independently and manage multiple engagements across markets
• Based in Texas or willing to relocate, prepared to travel regularly across region
