Requirements
- Substantive knowledge of software and SaaS, reseller, services agreements and general commercial terms
- Ability to independently draft, review and negotiate complex commercial and procurement contracts
- Experience managing full contract lifecycle for technology transactions, sales and/or partnerships
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
