Ideal candidate

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• Experience drafting and negotiating M&A transaction documents including LOIs, purchase agreements and closing documentation
• Deep understanding of stock purchases, asset purchases, mergers, acquihires, minority investments and joint ventures
• Experience with both domestic and cross-border transactions
• Experience advising technology companies and startups
• At least 5-8 years of M&A legal experience at a nationally recognized law firm and/or in-house at high-growth tech company
