Requirements

• 7+ years in M&A-related roles across banking, private equity, growth equity, VC, corporate development or strategic finance
• Hands-on experience building acquisition models and pro forma forecasts from scratch, including three-statement impact
• Strong collaborator who builds trust across large cross-functional deal teams
• Clear, proactive communicator with experience presenting to Finance leadership
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and navigates ambiguity with confidence
• Track record building new processes, templates and playbooks
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
