Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in life sciences research with exposure to new technologies accelerating progress
• Experience working directly with life sciences organizations and familiarity with how research is conducted, funded, and governed
• Deep understanding of regulations, risk, and compliance needs of the industry
• Experience driving success across consumption-based and seat-based business models
• Experience designing and delivering one-to-many customer programs alongside managing strategic accounts
• Operate data-driven and AI-first, using adoption signals and building Claude-powered workflows
• Technical fluency in AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns
• Experience explaining and demonstrating technical products to diverse audiences
• Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities for expanded scientific and health impact
• Passion for AI and accelerating scientific progress, with interest in safe and ethical deployment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
