Requirements
- 15+ years in energy procurement, utility development, or power markets for large-scale infrastructure
- Deep expertise in EU electricity markets, capacity mechanisms, and transmission planning
- Experience securing 100+ MW of power capacity and navigating connection agreements and PPAs
- Proficient in analyzing market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and grid constraints
- Strong stakeholder management with TSOs, DSOs, regulators, policymakers, and vendors
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
