Requirements

• Extensive experience in data science including leading analytics for a product or research area at significant scale
• 3+ years managing data science teams including setting direction, hiring and developing senior data scientists
• Trusted partner to senior product, research and business leaders with examples of changing a roadmap decision
• Strong product sense and business judgment with ability to frame questions with incomplete information
• Deep expertise in experimental design, causal inference and statistical modeling with Python and SQL fluency
• Clear written and presentation communication including to executive audiences
• Bias for action and thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Care about mission of building helpful, honest and harmless AI
