Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years in payroll operations, with at least 5 years in international payroll
• Proficient in payroll processing for regular, off-cycle, severance, taxable benefits, and equity
• Strong knowledge of international payroll regulations and compliance requirements
• Experienced with payroll journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close
• Experience with Workday HRIS and global payroll providers such as PwC GPP platform
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to multitask under tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
