Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering management experience leading high-performing data infrastructure teams
• People-first leader who gives direct feedback, grows careers, and builds trust with technical and non-technical partners
• Deep hands-on expertise in batch and streaming data infrastructure including distributed log fundamentals
• Owned systems with significant business or financial impact while improving reliability, scalability, security and cost
• Proven hiring ability with experience growing teams from small to large
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
