Requirements

• 12+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, API solutions, or emerging technologies
• Track record managing complex sales cycles within automotive organisations and closing strategic deals
• Ability to navigate automotive organisational structures and procurement processes to build consensus
• Experience negotiating complex agreements within automotive procurement frameworks and supplier qualification policies
• Proven experience exceeding revenue targets through pipeline and sales process management
• Excellent communication skills presenting to engineers, plant managers to senior executives
• Deep understanding of automotive buying cycles, decision processes and supplier qualification requirements
• Passion for advanced AI systems and safe, ethical development for automotive use
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
