Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, API solutions, or emerging technologies
• Track record managing complex sales cycles within insurance organisations and securing strategic deals
• Ability to navigate insurance structures and build consensus among executives, underwriting, claims and IT
• Experience negotiating complex agreements within insurance procurement and vendor risk frameworks
• Proven experience exceeding revenue targets by managing pipeline and sales process
• Excellent communication skills presenting to underwriters, claims managers and senior executives
• Deep understanding of insurance buying cycles, decision-making and regulatory environment
• Passion for advanced AI systems and ensuring frontier AI is developed safely
