Requirements

• Native German speaker with excellent written and verbal communication in German and English
• 7+ years of B2B sales experience in enterprise technology, preferably SaaS
• Specialised sales industries experience: Commercial and Public Sector
• Track record managing complex sales cycles and securing strategic enterprise deals
• Ability to navigate enterprise bureaucracies and build consensus among diverse stakeholders
• Extensive experience negotiating complex agreements within enterprise procurement frameworks
• Proven experience exceeding revenue targets in the enterprise sector
• Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles, particularly within the German market
• Passion for advanced AI systems and safe, ethical deployment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
