Requirements

• Native German speaker with excellent German and English communication
• 7+ years of B2B enterprise technology sales, preferably pharmaceuticals or life sciences
• Track record managing complex sales cycles and securing strategic deals
• Ability to navigate enterprise bureaucracies and procurement and build consensus
• Extensive experience negotiating complex enterprise agreements
• Proven history exceeding enterprise revenue targets and managing pipeline
• Excellent presentation skills to technical and executive audiences
• Deep understanding of German enterprise buying cycles and pain points
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
