Requirements

• Enterprise sales experience in Japan with retail, CPG and/or trading company accounts
• Track record managing complex sales processes and securing strategic deals with large retailers, manufacturers and trading companies
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems across merchandising, supply chain, digital, marketing and business divisions
• Proven experience exceeding revenue targets managing pipeline across seasonal and consensus-driven cycles
• 8+ years in relevant field
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English
