Requirements

• 4+ years in technical customer-facing role such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Software Engineer with consulting/product experience, or technical founder
• Production experience with LLMs including prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation and deployment at scale
• Strong programming skills in Python and ideally TypeScript, Java or similar, shipping production applications
• High agency and ability to navigate ambiguity in complex organizations
• Collaborative mindset balancing competing priorities with integrity
• Passion for advancing safe, beneficial AI through creative technical applications
• Strong communication skills for customer discovery and conveying technical concepts with low ego
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
