Requirements
- 8+ years in technical customer-facing role such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Software Engineer with consulting experience, or technical founder
- Native German speaker with fluent English proficiency
- Production experience with LLMs including prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation and deployment at scale
- Strong Python proficiency with production application shipping experience, ideally plus TypeScript or Java
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Ability to travel 25-50% to customer sites
- High agency, collaborative, low-ego communicator able to navigate ambiguity
