Requirements

• 6+ years building and shipping web products with deep expertise across the stack
• Strong front-end craft with TypeScript/JavaScript, React, CSS and interaction design
• Solid back-end and data pipeline experience with Python, API design and analytics
• Track record of independently driving features from prototype to production
• Strong perspective on enhancing human capabilities and measuring capability outcomes
• Comfort with ambiguity, rapid prototyping and iterating with users
• Experience setting vision and building conviction across cross-functional stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
