Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate or related field
• Deep hands-on expertise reading architectural, structural and MEP drawings and specifications
• Command of GMP, lump sum, cost-plus and design-assist delivery and change-order management
• Delivered technically complex scopes like commercial kitchens, event spaces and server rooms
• Strong in pre-construction, estimating, value engineering and bid leveling
• Command of cost controls, budgeting by division, pay applications and contingency management
• Managed $50M to $300M+ project budgets across multiple concurrent projects
• Navigated permitting and inspections across jurisdictions in union and non-union environments
• Directly managed and developed project managers through full lifecycles
• Proficient with Procore and Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Willing to travel 25-50% to office locations
