Requirements

• Active CPA license
• Public accounting tenure at top firm to Director, Managing Director or Partner, or SEC Professional Accounting Fellow
• Deep US GAAP expertise and strong command of SEC reporting requirements
• Experience leading technical accounting and/or accounting policy at high-growth technology company
• Ability to research, document and defend positions on complex novel issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication with non-accountants and senior leadership
