Requirements

• 12+ years in software engineering and 6+ years leading engineers, including 3+ years managing managers
• Experience leading an org of 20+ across multiple domains
• Experience running internal-tools, business-systems or platform engineering
• Lead through technical judgment across agent architecture, eval design and failure modes
• Ability to guide executive stakeholders through trade-offs to a committed decision
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
