• Worked directly with senior sales leaders and frontline managers to secure sponsorship for change
• Tested and improved programs with sellers and sales leaders before scaling
• Defined and tracked adoption and impact measures beyond completion scores
• Ran programs across multiple geographies, segments, or roles
