Requirements

• 10+ years in customer success or customer-facing roles with 5+ years front-line management and 2+ years managing managers
• Direct experience driving success with regulated customers through compliance, procurement, security, risk and legal gates
• Proven track record building and managing customer success teams in SaaS, API or AI/ML companies
• Experience managing enterprise portfolios with $1M-$100M+ ACVs and multi-quarter deployment cycles
• Strong understanding of consumption-based and seat-based models with record of driving adoption and expansion
• Technical fluency in AI/ML deployment, data and security considerations and knowledge of HIPAA, FDA and healthcare requirements
• Strong executive presence with business and risk leaders and ability to articulate value and ROI
