Requirements

• 7+ years in technical program management, incident management, or security operations
• Led or built incident response programs at a technology company
• Track record turning incident data into systemic fixes
• Comfortable with on-call for high-severity events including off-hours
• Experience building operational processes from the ground up
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills under pressure
