Requirements

• 8+ years of accounting experience, preferably in high-growth environments with multi-country APAC exposure
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience
• Qualified accountant with CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent certification
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS and local statutory framework in Singapore, Japan, Korea, Australia or India
• Experience with consolidations, eliminations and intercompany accounting processes
• Proficient in Workday, NetSuite or similar ERP systems
• Curious, high-ownership problem-solver able to adapt to changing needs
• Highly collaborative communicator able to build relationships across time zones and cultures
