Requirements

• JD from accredited law school and active member of at least one U.S. state bar
• Substantial trademark and domain experience across clearance, prosecution, portfolio management and enforcement
• Hands-on experience running clearances, shaping filing strategies and making enforcement calls
• Experience managing global trademark and domain portfolios including UDRP and online enforcement
• Sound judgment on matter prioritization with clear communication to legal and non-legal stakeholders
• Collaborative approach working with legal colleagues, outside counsel and business partners
