Requirements
- JD and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
- Substantial experience leading IP due diligence and negotiating IP terms in technology M&A
- First-chair experience negotiating IP provisions in complex commercial technology agreements
- Ability to communicate IP risks and tradeoffs clearly and exercise sound judgment
- Strong working knowledge of open source licensing, IP assignment obligations and trade secret protection
