Requirements

• Hands-on IT support experience, ideally in fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting macOS endpoints, plus ChromeOS, iOS and Android
• Experience with Google Workspace administration
• Experience with Slack administration including workspace management and permissions
• Experience supporting and administering SaaS tools
• Understanding of identity and access fundamentals: SSO, MFA, directory services
• Familiarity with MDM fundamentals and endpoint management
• Basic scripting in Bash or Python for automation
• Strong troubleshooting skills with methodical approach
• Clear communicator who enjoys helping people
• Takes ownership and follows through to resolution
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and/or experience in relevant field
