Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on IT support experience, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environment
• Strong troubleshooting across macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android and core SaaS platforms
• Significant experience with Google Workspace administration
• Experience with Slack administration including workspace management and permissions
• Substantial experience supporting and administering additional SaaS tools
• Understanding of identity and access fundamentals including SSO, MFA, directory services
• Familiarity with MDM fundamentals and endpoint management concepts
• Experience with basic scripting in Bash or Python for automation
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
