Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on IT support experience, ideally in fast-paced or high-growth environment
• Excellent communication skills with service mindset
• Strong troubleshooting skills, methodical, curious and persistent
• Experience supporting macOS endpoints, ChromeOS, iOS and Android
• Significant experience with Google Workspace administration
• Experience with Slack administration, workspace management and permissions
• Substantial experience supporting and administering SaaS tools
• Understanding of identity and access fundamentals including SSO, MFA and directory services
• Familiarity with MDM fundamentals and endpoint management
• Experience with basic scripting in Bash or Python for automation
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
