Requirements

• Hands-on IT support experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting macOS endpoints, plus ChromeOS, iOS and Android
• Experience with Google Workspace administration
• Experience with Slack administration, permissions and troubleshooting
• Experience supporting and administering other SaaS tools
• Understanding of identity and access fundamentals: SSO, MFA, directory services
• Familiarity with MDM fundamentals and endpoint management
• Basic scripting in Bash or Python for automation
• Strong methodical troubleshooting skills
• Clear communicator who enjoys helping people solve problems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
