Requirements

• 7+ years in IT support and 3+ years in executive support
• Experience standing up executive support or VIP white-glove service from scratch
• Experience supporting executives, assistants, or board to white-glove standard
• Track record handling sensitive requests with discretion and confidentiality
• Strong macOS, identity and access, SaaS troubleshooting, hardware lifecycle fundamentals
• AV fluency for executive rooms and board meetings under time pressure
• Composure with urgent escalations and judgment on when to pull in help
• Security-first mindset and comfort with ambiguity
